Sony Blu-ray Disc Offer

15 Sep 2008 - An EmpireDirect feature page to promote Sony's free Blu-ray disc offer.

The Sony Blu-ray feature page had two purposes. Firstly it was there to promote Sony's promotion of giving away Casino Royale and Batman Begins with the purchase of a Sony Blu-ray player. The second purpose of the page was to just provide general information about the Blu-ray format.

I did the design based around the actual Blu-ray laser, hence why it is a glowing blue on a dark background.

I created the Blu-ray disc (at the top right of the page) using a combination of the elipse tool gradient overlays, similar to the way I created the 'blue rings' on my portfolio website.
